Symptoms
Oracle Access Manager (OAM) 11g - User Login Fails "System error. Please re-try your action. If you continue to get this error, please contact the Administrator"
Deleted (ABC) and recreated (ABC 123) 11g WebGate/Agent Registration via the OAM console
After entering username/password get "System error. Please re-try your action. If you continue to get this error, please contact the Administrator."
