Goal
- Oracle Access Manager 11g R2PS3 (OAM 11.1.2.3) Federation Certificate - Is There a way That Old and New Certificates can Work in Parallel so that application got some time(1 or 2 week) to replace the metadata or certificate as there end?
- OAM federation's signing and encryption certificate will going to expire soon.
- Customer's Scenario
Our OAM federation's signing and encryption certificate will going to expire. Is there a way that we can have old and new certificate work parallel? As we have 200 + applications using our fed service and as it will be expire soon , so as per my understanding all the application will impacted due to this and SSO will stop working? And once we will change the certificate we need to ask each and every team to import our new IDP metadata having new certificate at the same time when we replace it from our end. Is there a way that old and new certificate works parallel so that application got some time(1 or 2 week) to replace the metadata or certificate as their end.
