We are creating an Identity Condition for an Authorization Policy in Oracle Access Manager (OAM) console as below;
OAM Console -> Application Domain -> Authorization Policy -> Conditions -> Identity Condition -> Condition Details -> "Add Users and Groups"
No data is displayed if the Entity Name is blank.
