/WS client fails with GP_CAT:1288 when using LLE 56-bit encryption (Doc ID 2373978.1)

 When using LLE 56bit encryption, /WS client tpinit() fails with GP_CAT:1288

162328.myhost!?proc.40769.3469255072.0: LIBWSC_CAT:1516: ERROR: Diffie-hellman return packet is bad
162328.myhost!?proc.40769.3469255072.0: LIBWSC_CAT:1055: ERROR: Unable to establish WSL connection
162328.myhost!?proc.40769.3469255072.0: LIBWSC_CAT:1027: ERROR: Unable to connect to WSH
162328.myhost!?proc.40769.3469255072.0: LIBWSC_CAT:1020: ERROR: Unable to obtain authentication level



 The problem happen with

  WSL is using -Z 56 or setting TMMAXENCRYPTBITS=56 on client side.
