Batches In State 0 In WFR (Doc ID 2374400.1)

Symptoms

In one environment, there are 800 batches sitting in state 0 in WFR that cannot be OCR'd. This has been resolved by changing batch names. But, those 800 batches still need to be processed. Would they be automatically be processed if we change the name? Also, What can be used to locate those batches within WFR?

Changes

 Imported batches with very long filenames in the range of 146 characters including the file extension.
