Symptoms

12c Upgrade readiness test fails and the error can be seen in the upgrade logs ($ORACLE_HOME/oracle_common/upgrade/readinessYYYY-MM-DD-HH-MM-SSAM/PM.txt.)

Changes

 The status of the schema changed from "VALID" to other values like "LOADED" , "INVALID" etc
