Symptoms

BlobServer URL Fails for MP4 or WMV video Files: ContentServerException: (BlobServer error errno: -3100 errdetail: 1

When requesting an mp4 or wmv file from BlobServer, the request fails with the following error:
e.g. http://examplehost:7003/sites/BlobServer?blobtable=MungoBlobs&blobwhere=<ID>&blobkey=id&blobcol=urldata
