What do the Service (null) entries mean in the requestaudit tracing? (Doc ID 2375842.1)

Symptoms

 Using the requestaudit tracing section to analyze performance, the following service is logged as Service (null)

requestaudit/6 04.09 12:20:00.005 Audit Request Monitor 4 Service (null) Total Elapsed Time (secs) 0.07100000232458115 Num requests 8 Num errors 8 Avg. Latency (secs) 0.008875000290572643

These requests end up counting as "errors" in the tracing

There is no user impact reported
