WebLogic WebServices Throw ServerURLNotFoundException: Cannot Resolve URL For Protocol Http/Https (Doc ID 2375958.1)

Symptoms

An exception "weblogic.wsee.server.ServerURLNotFoundException: Cannot resolve URL for protocol http/https" is thrown in WebLogic Server logs when deploying Web Service application with a HTTPS client.  Error is doesn't occur when using HTTP protocol.

Call Flow:

WebService Client ---LB (HTTPS)---> Apache(HTTP)---> WebLogic Cluster (HTTP)
