WebCenter Enterprise Capture Document Conversion Processor Reports Error "The DISPLAY environment variable has not been set. This must be set to a valid running X server." (Doc ID 2376189.1)

Symptoms

When the WebCenter Enterprise Capture Document Conversion Processor processed the document, the below error occurred:

"The DISPLAY environment variable has not been set. This must be set to a valid running X server."

The Document Conversion Processor was failing to convert the PDF to TIF.  If conversion is performed on the client, the Recognition Processor identifies the barcode and commits to Imaging without issue.
