Symptoms

On : OAM 11.1.2.3.0 BP08 version

OAM to AD connection does not work when cipher RC4 is disabled

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup SSL to AD from OAM
2. Disable RC4
3. Upgrade Java to 1.7.u161 version
4. Access protected resource
