SOD Conflicts are not reflected in the UI for approval tasks after applying the bundle patch 188.8.131.52.170924.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Login into Identity Console
2. Click on the Request Access > Request For Others
3. Add the account which has to be provisioned
