Registering Oracle Mobile Authenticator App with OAM 12c for Multi Factor Authnetication (MFA) fails with stuck thread
 
SETUP

1. OAuth domain setup as per document: DOC link 

2. QR code created with this url and scanned using OMA APP.

Registering Oracle Mobile Authenticator (OMA) App for One Time Password (OTP) hangs with no response from OAM and  with stuck threads as below.
