Symptoms

When clicking on the Managed attachment link in PeopleSoft/EBS, the browser comes up with an error in the Managed Attachments dialog

This error is found in the log files:

>requestaudit/6 03.19 12:50:13.094 IdcServer-641 AF_GRANT_ACCESS [dUser=weblogic][StatusCode=-1][StatusMessage=User 'weblogic' does not have sufficient privileges.][IsJava=1] 0.052011001855134964(secs)
