After upgrade from 12.1.3.0 to 12.2.1.3, the BPM Workspace still running as version 12.1.3.0 (Doc ID 2378138.1)

Symptoms

After migration from 12.1.3.0 to 12.2.1.3, the customer observed that the BPM Workspace had not been upgraded. The look and feel was the one from 12.1.3 and the version in the about dialog clearly indicated the version as 12.1.3.

Enterprise Manager and other applications properly showed to be on version 12.2.1.3. This issue affects BPM Workspace and BPM Composer.
