Symptoms
On : 12.2.1.0.0 version
When attempting to deploy a composite
the following error occurs.
ERROR

Error while validating JCA Reference Binding meta data during composite deployment. : JCA deployment validation errors for 'Adapters/procDATA_REQ_db.jca'
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. login to em
2. click on the SOA Infrastructure
3. use the deploy wizard to deploy a composite
4. observe the error from the console
