Goal

On : 12.2.1.2.0 version, Fabric

Resiliency: Circuit Breaker can work for web service as downstream system

Resiliency: Circuit Breaker can work for web service as downstream system? If we enable Resiliency feature , then will it suspend upstream endpoints if any partner web service is down (downstream system)?

Partner -> SOA ( Web service) -> SOA ( Web service) -> End System ( Web service/ http call )

If End system is down and Fusion is not able to invoke End System web service, then Resiliency feature will work?
