OAM Authentication Through OVD User Identity Store Using Password Policy Results in System Error (Doc ID 2378777.1)

On OAM when attempting to Authenticate via OVD user store after enabling password policy, using the Password Policy Validation Module, a System Error is returned.

The same error does not occur with the OID user store that is being accessed through OVD.
