ODI 12c Deployment Archive Removes Physical Schema Definitions Within a Context (Doc ID 2378923.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12c, when deploying a Deployment Archive to a target Repository, the existing Physical Schema definitions within a Context are reset to "<Undefined>".

This issue can be observed in ODI Studio > Topology > Contexts > Schemas tab, as shown in the following screen shot:
