Domain Readiness check fails In Silent Mode while upgrading to 12.2.1.3.0: "UPGAST-00286: A response file referenced one or more schema user names that did not have a matching datasource in the specified domain." (Doc ID 2378980.1)

Symptoms

Performing the upgrade from 12.2.1.2.0 to 12.2.1.3.0 in silent mode

Able to do schema readiness check but while performing the domain readiness in silent mode its failing

Command used is

 ${ORACLE_HOME}/oracle_common/upgrade/bin/ua -response domain-readiness-responses.txt -readiness -logLevel TRACE // domain-readiness-responses.txt created by GUI

But GUI mode Domain readiness is success
