Orphaned Account Summary BI Report Not Working

Information in this document applies to any platform.
No data is been generated during the report is ran for the Orphan Account Summary. While other out of the box reports like users creation works fine and generates the report.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Login to BI publisher
2. Go to exception reports
3. Run Orphan Account Summary Report
It will show no data in the report .
