Why Does the OIM Top Secret Connector Fails with TSS0332E PASSWORD/PHRASE KEYWORD REQUIRED during Create User Retry? (Doc ID 2379476.1)

On: Oim Top Secret Connector 9.0.4.20 Base or any Bundle Patch


 ERROR

TSS0332E PASSWORD/PHRASE KEYWORD REQUIRED TSS0301I CREATE FUNCTION FAILED, RETURN CODE = 4


Recreate Steps:
-------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1). Sign on to the OIM GUI.
2). Provision a new user to CA Top Secret without the password initially provided
3). Edit/Modify the Account to set the new password
4). The update will fail with Response: TSS0332E PASSWORD/PHRASE KEYWORD REQUIRED TSS0301I CREATE FUNCTION FAILED, RETURN CODE = 4

Changes

 Password must be supplied on Initial Account Creation
