Symptoms

During Oracle Internet Directory (OID) 12c 12.2.1.3.0 install/configuration, oid_setup script errors out with "WLSTException: Error occurred while performing invoke : Creation of wallets failed for domain" .

Changes

The WebLogic Server (WLS) process was stopped with "CTRL+z", then put it in the background with the "bg" command, then used "disown" so the process would continue.
