Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.9.0 version, Conversion

A TIF Couldn't be Converted through IBR

When user upload a TIF file in the UCM system, the IBR fails to convert it to the web-viewable PDF.


ERROR
-----------------------
Conversion: Direct PDFExport
Message: Step PDFExport forced conversion failure by conversion engine because of error: out of memory (0x001E) or (0x000D)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Checkin a PDF file such that it goes through IBR for conversion
2. Login to IBR console, check for the status of conversion
3. Notice the error
