Symptoms

Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12c is used for loading data from Salesforce. The DataDirect JDBC driver is used for connecting to Salesforce.

In an attempt to tweak the value of bulk mode, it has been noticed that the bulk option specified for the Salesforce Data Server URL in the ODI Topology:

... is effectless, and the records are not moved in bulk to the target. Instead, a row-by-row transfer of data is observed.
