Roles Under Access Policy Tab Unable To Use The Query By Example (Doc ID 2380360.1)

Symptoms

Query by example (QBE) doesn't work on Role page -> Access Policies tab.

Steps to reproduce:
============
1) Select a role and go to Access Policy tab. Click the QBE icon, and the fields are not showing up, only this QBE icon is highlighted.

2) The other tabs under the role have the QBE working just fine.
