Active Grid Link Data Sources Fail Frequently And "TNS-12537 TNS-12560 TNS-00507  Linux Error: 115" Errors Reported On The Listener Log (Doc ID 2380444.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.0.2.0 version, Thin JDBC driver

The database was migrated from Single node to RAC.
The datasources were recreated to Gridlink.

The datasources work fine for a few days and then fail. 
Most of the time all the Managed Servers lose connection with the database. Some times it is noticed that only a few will have issues.
The Managed Servers have to be restarted each time to restore the services.

During the issue occurrence, datasources test connection fails.
