AB Test Does Not Work Through Satellite Server

Symptoms
ISSUE: AB Test does not work through Satellite Server.
Description:
- When requesting a page through Remote Satellite Server that has an active AB Test associated with it, the ab cookie is not set and the variant does not display.
- In the web browser console, the following error occurs:
GET http://{satellitehost:port}/sites/js/dojo/dojo.js 404 (Not Found)
Satellite?c=Page&childpagename=avisports/Page/ABTestAssetLoad&rendermode=live&pagename=avisports/evaluateVisitorStatus&cid=1494614500752:6 Uncaught ReferenceError: require is not defined

What is working?
- Requesting the AB Test page from WebCenter Sites directly works.
What is not working?
- Requesting the AB Test page from Remote Satellite Server.
