Purpose

 This document walks through the configuration of a 2 node Oracle Internet Directory (OID) 12.2.1.3.0 (12c Patch Set 3) Standalone cluster on a supported Linux host.

Scope

The initial installation and configuration of the database and the 2 operating system nodes are outside the scope of this document.  The following steps are expected to have previously been completed.

  1. 2 Operating System nodes with all pre-requisites met
  2. A compatible Oracle database installed and configured
  3. A compatible JDK already installed.
