Facing error while configuring the incoming mail server for the Actionable email

After the incoming mail server configuration , experiencing the below errors

Thread ID [ACTIVE].ExecuteThread: '17' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'
Message An unexpected exception was caught.
Supplemental Detail javax.mail.AuthenticationFailedException: AUTHENTICATE failed.
