Goal

Is there a way to manually purge the ApprovalQueue table?

The ApprovalQueue table contains a large number of rows (e.g. millions) due to the ApprovalQueue event being disabled for some time.

Now that the ApprovalQueue event is enabled, it is taking a long time to purge these records.

Is there a way to manually purge these rows?
