On : 11.1.2.3.0 version, Mobile Client Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Mobile Authentication is not working After applying patches

After Installing Bundle Patch 12 and patch 24362594 Mobile Authentication is no longer working.
Session not appearing in OAAM_ADMIN console session tab
OAMMS Location of Device does not get into OAAM correctly.
The Implementation of Mobile and Social uses OAAM/OAM for authentication

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
OMA mobile devices should be able to authenticate.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Mobile users cannot authenticate.
