B2B Console's Report Tab Broken with "A connection to the server has failed. (status=413)"

All other B2B Console's UI functions work including the Administration, Partner, and Metrics.

The error code appears to be an HTTP status code 413: Request Entity Too Large.

A connection to the server has failed. (status=413)

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access b2bconsole > Reports tab
