ODSEE11g: How to add /modify nsslapd-maxbersize (Doc ID 2381854.1)

Goal

Having problem with certification authority's crls, publishing failed because the crl file is big. Need to add the attribute nsslapd-maxbersize equal to 2.000.000.000. 

There is no dsconf server attribute to modify nsslapd-maxbersize. How to modify /add nsslapd-maxbersize?
