Symptoms
On : 11.1.1.9 version, Fusion Application Integration
Bounce HRC-1035375A connection to the WebCenter Content server could not be established.
Users are getting below error while uploading zip file through HDL tool after refresh.
HRC-1035375A connection to the WebCenter Content server could not be established.
While using File import export, Accounts drop down is empty.
Users are also unable to login to content server.

1. Navigate to File Import and Export' area or Data Exchange > Import and Load Data area.
