Blob Server Cache Property in Futuretense.ini Showing Incorrect Value in ResultSet Cache (Doc ID 2382097.1)

Symptoms

 Updating a property in futuretense.ini shows the correct value in Admin -> System Tools -> System Information -> Sites Info, but does not show the same correct value in Admin -> System Tools -> Cache Management -> ResultSetCache.

Changes

1. Modify the following futuretense.ini property to 5000 as a test: bs.bCacheSize=5000.

2. Verify that no backup futuretense.ini files exists in the class path.

3. Restart Application Server.
