On : 12.2.1.1.0 version, B2B Engine
When B2B attempts to initialize an endpoint for an FTP listening channel, the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an FTP channel.
2. B2B initializes endpoint of the channel.
