DSCC Time/Date Sorting

The sort behaviour on the Time Opened column in the DSCC Resource Usage tab doesn't work properly. It sorts on the name of the day of the week (Mon, Tue, Wed, etc) instead of the actual date (Mar 25, Mar 26, Mar 27).

Sort the Time Opened column by date rather than alphabetically by day of the week.  Suggest using a different format for the date, maybe something like the following will sort properly by default:
2018-03-27 14:25:11 EDT

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into DSCC
2. Click on the Directory Servers tab
3. Click on an instance url (host:port)
4. Click on Server Operation - Resource Usage
5. Scroll down to the Open Connections table
6. Click on the Time Opened column heading to sort values under that column

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, admin can not sort Open Connections / Time Opened info in DSCC
