BPM Workspace UI issue in Application tab (Doc ID 2382461.1)

BPM workspace UI discrepancy

When a user logs in to BPM workspace UI, click on a link on the "Application" tab to bring up a form for "Initiator" human task, clicking on a button in the form to close the task caused the pencil icon on the screen to disappear. After logging out and logging back in, the pencil icon appears again.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to workspace
2. Go to Application link and initiate a task
3. Close the form and check for the pencil icon under the Application link in the left view panel.
