The Webcenter Content java upload applet does not function when using Safari 10 or Safari 11 on Mac OSX.

The java upload applet File browse dialog window does not display any files (just directories).

If adding a full path and the file name of a known document on the Mac OSX file system, the checkin upload fails using the java upload applet.
