Symptoms

An Oracle AS Single Sign-On partner application midtier error_log reports errors like:
Version 9.0.2.x

[OSSO] Warning: User was idle too long. Redirect to SSO server.


Versions from 9.0.4.x though 10.1.4.3

[OSSO] Error: Oracle SSO currently supports only GET requests for a protected


End user gets HTTP-500 error returned when timeout occurs instead of the expected Login reauthentication page.

Changes

Global Inactivity Time Out (GITO) has been enabled.
