In 12.1.3 Weblogic server, it is observed that parameters inside a SOAP based Webservice request gets swapped inside the request soap body.

Eg:--

Following entries are present in the WSDL file:

i.e the parameter caseyear appears to have swapped with casenumber inside the request soap body.
