How to Bring Back the Missing OIM Application in Enterprise Manager

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Logon to Enterprise Manager, Fusion Middleware Control.
Go to <Domain_Name>/expand Identity and Access, then expand OIM.
There will be no entry for "oim(188.8.131.52.0)" if using OIM 11.1.1.x releases or no entry for "(oim(184.108.40.206.0) " is using OIM 11.1.2.x releases.
How to bring Back the missing OIM Application in Enterprise Manager?
Within the WLS Admin Console, the Deployment for either oim(220.127.116.11.0) or oim(18.104.22.168.0) is missing.
If so, it has been undeployed, then deleted.
If the Deployment is there but is not showing up in EM, then the config.xml has been modified.
