Unable To Connect IIOP/JMX (Doc ID 2384535.1)

Symptoms

On : Weblogic server version 12.2.1.3,

When trying to access WLS MBeans with JMX, connecting over IIOP from SiteScope (monitoring tool), it is unable to complete the connection, it fails with the same symptom as from below document :

"A client application is supposed to connect to managed server remotely via IIOP and make forceShutdown of the server. But while trying to connect to remote managed server, it faces Exception in thread "main" org.omg.CORBA.NO_PERMISSION when running IIOP client to shut down managed server."

However, the wlthint3client.jar has been added to the classpath, which is the resolution described in the support article. The same symptom occurs.
