New consumer servers were setup and added to replication environment.

No errors are observed in the logs of these consumers and replication is working.   Application search queries are not returning results on the new consumer servers.   Same search queries are working as expected [returning results] against the previously existing servers.

It was also observed during research that ldapsearches performed from one OU level showed results for users, but ldapsearch from lower OU level did not produce results.

Example:  - ldapsearch #1 finds the user uid=<USER.2> when search is at the base suffix:

$ ./ldapsearch -h localhost -p <LDAP_PORT> -D "cn=<DS_ADMIN>" -w <PASSWORD> -b dc=<SUFFIX_DN> -s sub "(uid=<USER.2>)" dn
dn: uid=<USER.2>,ou=People,dc=<SUFFIX_DN>

However the same ldapsearch using a lower OU search base has no results:

$ ./ldapsearch -h localhost -p <LDAP_PORT> -D "cn=<DS_ADMIN>" -w <PASSWORD> -b ou=people,dc=<SUFFIX_DN> -s sub "(uid=<USER.2>)" dn
