ODI Studio 12c Hangs when Attempting to Expand Scenario Executions Node (Doc ID 2385138.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Studio 12c, under the Load Plans and Scenarios section of the Operator tab, expanding a Scenario's Executions node results in the Studio client taking a long time to respond, or in some cases, never respond and hang the client.

Without being able to access the executions underneath, the Scenario Reports cannot be deleted.
