Symptoms

After upgrading from 11.1.1.8 to 12.2.1.3, it was noticed that some of the application search queries do not return any rows.  These searches contain a blank decimal filed. 

The field is not marked as required, nor is there a default value. In 11g, this was not an issue.

Changes

 Upgraded Imaging from 11g to 12c
