Logon Manager client fails to startup properly on enterprise workstations
An increasing number of users are reporting that the ESSO-LM client is failing to startup on the desktop workstations.
ESSO-LM client starts up on the desktop and synchronizes to the repository.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
- Logon to the windows desktop client.
- Wait for the ESSO Logon Manager icon to appear in the Windows system tray.
February 2018 Cumulative Updates from Microsoft applied to the Windows 7 clients.
