AddRqstAttrToACS AttributeError: 'NoneType' Object Has No Attribute 'get' (Doc ID 2386836.1)

After adding more than 10 attributes to AttributeConsumingService using addRqstAttrToACS comment, you started seeing the error below:

 Run addRqstAttrToACS to add more than 10 attributes
