Agreement Not Found For Partners: FromTP Null:null, When Set Property B2b.identifyTPByExchange=true (Doc ID 2386886.1)

Symptoms

After applying the property setting b2b.identifyTPByExchange=true for one trading partner  the following error occurs for another trading partner exchanging RxxxxxxNet documents.
